Mô tả công việc

- Perform quality checks on edited images (retouch, background removal, color adjustment, enhancement) to ensure accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
 - Identify, document, and report visual defects such as color mismatches, alignment errors, and incomplete edits.
 - Ensure consistency and standardization across all delivered image sets by following QC/QA checklists.
 - Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
 - Re-check images after revisions (regression testing) to confirm defects are resolved and no new issues are introduced.
 - Work closely with editors, team leaders, and managers to resolve issues and continuously improve quality.
 - Maintain proper documentation of QC results, defect reports, and process improvements.
 - Perform any other assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Good communication in Korean and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance/IT comtor
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor visual defects.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and the importance of accuracy.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high-volume workloads.
- Ability to follow standardized templates, QC procedures, and client requirements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with photo editors, product managers, and other stakeholders.
